Terms and Conditions for BrambleBrook Wash

Welcome to BrambleBrook Wash. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including exterior and interior car cleaning, eco-friendly hand wash, mobile car wash services, detailing and polishing, and fleet vehicle maintenance. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services Provided

• General Car Cleaning: We offer comprehensive exterior and interior cleaning services designed to refresh and maintain your vehicle's appearance.

• Eco-Friendly Hand Wash: Our hand wash services utilise environmentally conscious products and methods to provide a thorough and safe clean for your vehicle.

• Mobile Car Wash Services: For your convenience, we provide mobile car wash services at a location agreed upon during scheduling. Access to water and electricity may be required or provided by us depending on the service package.

• Detailing and Polishing: Specialized services for deeper cleaning, restoration, and protection of your vehicle's surfaces.

• Fleet Vehicle Maintenance: Tailored cleaning and detailing solutions for commercial fleets, subject to specific contractual agreements.

2. Booking and Appointments

All services are subject to availability. Appointments can be scheduled via phone or through our online platform. We recommend booking in advance, especially for mobile services and detailing. A confirmation will be provided upon successful booking.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are listed on our site or provided upon request. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise specified for fleet accounts or special arrangements. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of service or booking. All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, especially for mobile services where travel time has been allocated.

5. Vehicle Condition and Valuables

Customers are responsible for removing all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. BrambleBrook Wash is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle. While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles or for damage that may occur due to unstable or faulty vehicle parts (e.g., loose trim, faulty antennas, non-standard aftermarket parts). Customers should inform our staff of any specific concerns or delicate areas of their vehicle before service commences.

6. Right to Refuse Service

BrambleBrook Wash reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for any reason, including but not limited to vehicles that pose a health or safety risk, or situations involving abusive behavior or failure to adhere to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrambleBrook Wash will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, BrambleBrook Wash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrambleBrook Wash and its employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees), arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and Conditions or through other communication methods. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
